Description

  • Lead SEO and GEO strategy for key clients.
  • Audit and optimize websites for search visibility, crawlability, and AI discoverability.
  • Implement and advise on structured data, schema markup, and content frameworks.
  • Guide content teams to produce authoritative, AI-friendly content.
  • Review and contribute to content development to align with keyword intent, brand voice, clarity, and editorial quality.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for organic and AI-based visibility metrics.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media, Content, and Development teams on integrated strategies.
  • Educate clients and internal teams on GEO best practices and AI-powered search trends.
  • Research new tools and platforms shaping SEO, GEO, and digital analytics.
  • Support company leadership in expanding organic marketing offerings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SEO experience with measurable growth across technical, on-page, and content-based strategies.
  • Strong understanding of how AI and generative search are changing discovery.
  • Ability to structure content, data, and site architecture for search engines and generative engines.
  • Experience working at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, analytics, and emerging technology.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to turn complex concepts into clear, search-optimized content.
  • Experience mentoring others and guiding clients through organic strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort running experiments and analyzing results.
  • Agency experience is strongly preferred.
  • Client-facing communication skills are strongly preferred.
