Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and communications bridge between established Enterprise clients and internal teams.
  • Identify and execute new growth opportunities within accounts, including cross-selling/up-selling, and manage against revenue targets.
  • Build and expand external stakeholder networks and relationships needed to grow client business.
  • Lead account planning and strategy by staying current on clients’ portfolios, business challenges, and opportunities.
  • Drive successful and consistent renewals by demonstrating continued value to Enterprise clients.
  • Support the Enterprise sales team with business development efforts for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with implementation and operations teams to ensure timely and successful new-client onboarding.
  • Work with product teams to translate client feedback into product insights and roadmap input.
  • Prepare internal teams for client interactions and continuously identify opportunities to advance client relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS.
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other lead-generation tools is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of building and growing client relationships, including cross-selling/up-selling and meeting revenue targets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including creating cohesive and engaging presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills, judgment, decision-making ability, and capacity to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical and excellent problem-solving skills, with comfort understanding and reporting data and performance metrics.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence stakeholders who do not report to you.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and educating colleagues about client business and issues.
  • Confident and dynamic working persona; sense of humor is a plus.
