Description

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand analytic needs, business logic, and success criteria.
  • Collaboratively define measurement frameworks and metrics to evaluate product and client outcomes.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
  • Design, build, and deliver internal-facing Tableau dashboards and visualizations that meet business needs.
  • Produce and maintain documentation aligned with RxVantage standards for BI dashboards and metrics.
  • Ensure consistency in metric names, calculations, and delivery so metrics match across dashboards and agreed definitions.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on data domains, sources, and use relevant to RxVantage use cases.
  • Build scalable, performant BI solutions to address internal analytic needs.
  • Manage and execute a Jira backlog of user requests, communicate status, provide input on priorities/due dates, and meet delivery timelines.
  • Comply with the RxVantage Tableau security framework and governance practices.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering internal-facing Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
  • Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into metrics and dashboard designs.
  • Experience designing and building scalable, performant BI solutions and ensuring metric consistency across reports.
  • Familiarity with BI documentation standards, dashboard governance, and security frameworks (specifically Tableau security practices).
  • Experience working through a Jira backlog and independently managing delivery and stakeholder communication.
  • Demonstrated subject-matter knowledge of data domains, sources, and appropriate uses in analytics.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills with product, sales, and client teams.
  • Domain knowledge of or willingness to learn life sciences, healthcare provider, and pharmaceutical industry business contexts.
  • Ability to work remotely within the United States (Work from Anywhere).
