Description

  • Audit and evaluate chatbot conversations against the project’s core dimensions: Naturalness/Engagement, Utility, and Audio Quality.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines to deliver consistent and accurate evaluations.
  • Use the proprietary client platform to complete assigned tasks.
  • Work at a preferred pace of approximately 4 hours per business day.
  • Support efforts to improve the quality of AI-driven communication and conversational technology.

Requirements

  • A degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or experience as a professional linguist.
  • Native-level fluency in Simplified Chinese.
  • Availability to start on or around June 1.
  • Full availability for the entire 2-month project duration.
  • Ability to commit to approximately 4 hours per business day, preferably.
  • Must be a freelancer; companies are not accepted for this project.
  • Willingness to take a project-specific qualification test.
  • Ability to complete a short assessment in English and in the target language.
  • Preferred: candidates with an academic degree in translation.
