Description

  • Take ownership of Ruby’s international sales success outside the hotel destinations.
  • Identify market opportunities early and convert insights into commercial results.
  • Build strong partnerships and bring new clients into the Ruby network.
  • Lead and inspire an international team of Sales Executives and Managers across different locations and markets.
  • Own team performance, engagement, and development.
  • Support market entries, pre-openings, and strategic commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and help shape the future of Ruby.

Requirements

  • Completed training in the hospitality industry and/or a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a comparable field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management.
  • Experience successfully leading and developing teams.
  • Passion for hospitality, people, and building meaningful business relationships.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams toward ambitious goals.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into results.
  • Confidence working across international markets, cultures, and stakeholder groups.
  • Data-driven mindset with the curiosity and confidence to challenge the status quo.
  • Fluency in English and ideally good German language skills.
