Description

  • Partner with stakeholders across Emergency Department, ICU, Neurology, and Hospital Administration to build support for Ceribell’s solution.
  • Educate hospital teams on the prevalence and importance of non-convulsive seizures.
  • Drive the acquisition process and close business to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
  • Communicate Ceribell’s value proposition to create new partnership opportunities and long-term relationships.
  • Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline in collaboration with leadership and account managers.
  • Build and coach clinical champions within hospital departments to advance opportunities.
  • Call on multiple hospital departments and sell into C-suite decision-makers.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Negotiate contracts with hospital stakeholders and manage complex hospital-based sales cycles.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably selling disruptive technologies into hospitals.
  • Prior experience in Critical Care, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Neurology, or Point of Care environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage a complex, hospital-based sales cycle effectively.
  • Demonstrated success with ROI-driven selling, Presidents Club recognition, and high sales rankings.
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to drive change through multiple stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence, with a history of receiving and applying coaching effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple hospital departments and specialties.
  • Proven success negotiating complex contracts with senior hospital executives.
  • Self-starter who can initiate and manage tasks independently while staying focused on sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to feedback and continuously improve performance.
