Description

  • Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quota through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic transactions through the full sales process.
  • Identify and close new growth opportunities across a mix of mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, VARs, and Rubrik channel partners to accelerate growth.
  • Provide market feedback to management, including local opportunity insights and potential channel partnerships.
  • Drive pipeline generation daily while coordinating with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, and Channel Development teams.
  • Own bookings growth for both new and existing accounts in the Pacific Northwest region.

Requirements

  • 5 years of tech sales experience, preferably selling IT infrastructure or SaaS security.
  • Demonstrated success landing net-new logos.
  • Strong track record of selling across many accounts and multiple verticals.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Consistent overachievement against sales goals.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and execution-focused attitude.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional sales teams, including Sales Engineers and Sales Development.
  • US base salary range of $138,150 to $174,700, with commission eligibility based on the company incentive compensation plan.
