Description

  • Participate in the pre-sales process to understand customer business and technical objectives and product requirements.
  • Lead architecture discussions with customers, third parties, and project teams across cloud and hybrid environments.
  • Work directly with customers to drive adoption of Rubrik solutions and integrated services.
  • Design and develop solutions to meet customer requirements using Rubrik Professional Services.
  • Assist in developing reusable consulting service offerings, including tasks, deliverables, and formal estimates.
  • Document best practices for deploying, configuring, automating, and managing Rubrik solutions.
  • Deliver on-site and remote workshops.
  • Drive client and internal resources to ensure deliverables are completed within scope and timeline.
  • Improve workflows to increase delivery efficiency and reduce customer time to value.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve customer satisfaction and product supportability.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of overall experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical solutions architect in an enterprise customer or consulting/professional services environment.
  • Experience supporting sales and managing technical staff and implementations.
  • Strong network and storage conceptual and industry knowledge.
  • Strong scripting skills and knowledge of automation/orchestration platforms.
  • Knowledge of private or hybrid cloud environments, with AWS and Azure preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex technical requirements into project management tasks.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
