Description

  • Architect the CFO’s weekly schedule to protect focus time, sequence critical meetings, and ensure preparation materials are delivered in advance.
  • Manage competing priorities across internal leadership, investor relations, the board, and finance operations to optimize the CFO’s time.
  • Provide calendar management and travel coordination for the CFO’s direct reports as needed.
  • Coordinate end-to-end preparation for quarterly earnings cycles and Board of Directors and Audit Committee meetings.
  • Partner with Investor Relations, Finance, and Legal to ensure logistics and materials are seamless for executive and board-facing events.
  • Plan and execute multi-city investor meetings and local visits with precise attention to logistics and timing.
  • Own complex expense processes and ensure all details are accurate before they reach the CFO.
  • Identify and implement tools and process improvements, including AI and automation, to streamline executive workflows and improve team efficiency.
  • Lead special projects such as global finance team offsites, departmental tool rollouts, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Serve as the CFO’s gatekeeper and manage access with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion.

Requirements

  • Hybrid onsite/remote work arrangement.
  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally in a high-growth technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity environment.
  • Experience supporting executives in a public-company setting or through an IPO or rapid-scale phase.
  • Expert-level proficiency in G-Suite, Zoom, Slack, and modern travel/expense platforms such as Navan or Concur.
  • Comfort adopting new technologies, including generative AI and automation tools, to streamline workflows.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft executive-quality correspondence.
  • Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion.
  • Financial fluency and understanding of finance rhythms, including earnings periods and budget planning cycles, is preferred.
  • Experience navigating ERP and expense systems is preferred.

Benefits

  • US hourly pay range of $150,000 to $185,000.
