Description

  • Structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, and build business cases to support leadership decisions.
  • Produce data-driven analyses, models, and executive-ready communications that summarize recommendations and priorities.
  • Standardize, track, and create executive-ready presentations for innovation initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Own business reporting, budgeting, and forecast support for the VP, Product Marketing.
  • Create and maintain planning artifacts and lightweight operating mechanisms to improve prioritization, decision-making, and meeting preparation.
  • Run operating rhythms and culture-building initiatives such as team meetings and offsites.
  • Manage ad hoc analyses and special projects for Marketing Business Operations and marketing leadership.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the VP, Product Marketing and broader leadership team across strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of work experience in a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology business.
  • Experience building board- and executive-ready presentations.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in building financial models and business cases.
  • Strategic and proactive problem-solving approach in ambiguous and dynamic environments.
  • Hands-on operational capability with advanced proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office apps, and similar tools.
  • Experience in financial services, consumer technology, and marketing.
  • Excellent time management and project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Commitment to SoFi’s mission of helping people Get Their Money Right.
  • Experience working with leadership on planning, reporting, and operating cadence is preferred.
