Description

  • Own the strategic relationship with AHEAD at the national level.
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans to achieve and exceed target goals.
  • Drive national sales and technical strategies for the AHEAD partnership.
  • Lead sales and technical enablement sessions across national and regional levels.
  • Communicate business updates and align with senior leadership both internally and externally.
  • Facilitate account mapping sessions and territory planning between Rubrik account executives and AHEAD partners.
  • Identify and develop partner-initiated deals and proof-of-concept opportunities.
  • Train partner field sales and systems engineering teams through enablement sessions.
  • Build strategic relationships with key business leaders across the partner organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Sales, Systems Engineering, Channel Marketing, Field Marketing, Alliances, and Sales Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building and managing relationships specifically with AHEAD.
  • Strong knowledge of Data Management, Data Protection, Storage, or Cybersecurity industries.
  • Confident presenter who can speak to large audiences and host events.
  • Experience identifying and initiating deals in collaboration with partner and account teams.
  • Proven track record of developing channel programs, channel marketing plans, and joint marketing activities.
  • Experience delivering sales and product training for resellers and end-customer events.
  • Demonstrated success helping partner sales reps identify opportunities and close complex sales campaigns.
  • Proficiency in pipeline reporting, activity tracking, and accurate forecasting.
  • Extensive experience selling competitive Backup and Recovery solutions, with strong preference for Security experience.
  • Understanding of alliance and ecosystem vendors such as Pure Storage, NetApp, Palo Alto Networks, AWS, Microsoft, and GCP.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
