Description

  • Create and execute territory sales plans to achieve individual quota through prospecting, qualification, account management, and closing.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities to drive multiple sales deals forward.
  • Identify new growth opportunities within small- to mid-market accounts and lead them through to close.
  • Present and position Rubrik solutions in complex data center environments.
  • Collaborate with partners, distributors, VARs, presales, SDRs, and channel sales teams on co-selling and account strategy.
  • Provide feedback to Rubrik management on local market trends, new business opportunities, and potential channel partners.
  • Represent Rubrik across key accounts in Japan and manage the sales process end to end.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting a strong, high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technology sales experience in IT infrastructure or SaaS.
  • Proven success in acquiring new customers and generating net-new logos.
  • Strong track record selling to Fortune 1000 end users.
  • Experience working with channel partners and a deep understanding of channel collaboration.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong drive, ownership mindset, and determination to get things done.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment and perform well in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or IT infrastructure products/services for data center environments is required.
  • Familiarity with Rubrik's RIVET values and a collaborative, positive approach to team culture is preferred.
