Description

  • Own bookings growth across new and existing accounts in the Pacific Northwest territory.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline for a high volume of strategic transactions.
  • Identify and close new growth opportunities across mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate growth.
  • Work with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and channel partners to drive pipeline generation.
  • Provide management with feedback on market opportunities and potential channel partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of tech sales experience, selling IT infrastructure or SaaS security.
  • Proven track record of landing net-new logos.
  • Strong performance selling to multiple accounts across various verticals.
  • Experience working with channel partners.
  • Consistent overachievement against sales goals.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, self-starter attitude.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.
  • Eligible to earn commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Offer will be determined by work location plus relevant skills, experience, and education or training.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $115,100 to $183,900 USD.
  • Eligible to earn commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • Eligible for equity.
  • Eligible for benefits.
