Description

  • Own product revenue and bookings growth for RubrikX portfolio products across the assigned CEUR territory.
  • Drive daily pipeline generation by prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing new sales opportunities together with the Rubrik sales organization.
  • Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quota, managing a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new logo opportunities and expansion opportunities within mid-enterprise and enterprise accounts.
  • Collaborate with product management and the growth team to provide market feedback that informs product development and direction.
  • Work as part of the EMEA Growth team alongside sales leaders and dedicated pre-sales engineers to coordinate go-to-market activities.
  • Present Rubrik solutions within complex enterprise IT environments and articulate value to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Co-sell and strategize with channel partners, distributors, VARs, GSIs, and alliances to accelerate growth and drive transactions.
  • Provide local market intelligence and recommendations to Rubrik management to identify new business opportunities and channel partnerships.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of full-cycle technology sales experience in a startup/scale-up environment (selling IT infrastructure, Cloud/SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions).
  • Proven, consistent track record of landing net new logos.
  • Strong track record selling to small through large enterprise accounts.
  • Experience selling early-stage products in complex solution environments.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems, including channel partners, distributors, VARs and GSIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a large sales pipeline and drive many concurrent strategic transactions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring new products to market and iterate based on feedback.
  • Naturally curious and able to learn new solutions quickly.
  • Tenacious, highly driven, goal-oriented attitude with grit to close deals.
