Description

  • Define and execute a territory go-to-market plan to build pipeline and drive bookings growth.
  • Relentlessly prospect and generate new opportunities through self-sourced activity.
  • Land new enterprise logos by navigating complex buying cycles and driving high-value outcomes.
  • Present Rubrik’s platform in complex IT and data center environments, translating technical value into business impact.
  • Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors, and VARs to accelerate growth.
  • Own the expansion of a new territory by identifying opportunities, adapting quickly, and shaping local strategy.
  • Provide management with feedback on local market opportunities and new business and channel partnership prospects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in tech sales, ideally in both IT infrastructure and SaaS, selling to mid-to-large organizations.
  • Proven track record of self-sourced new logo acquisition and overachieving sales targets.
  • Ability to translate IT challenges into business outcomes for CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT stakeholders.
  • Experience building and leveraging relationships with channel partners and internal go-to-market teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the tenacity, resilience, and ownership needed to build a new territory.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and coachable.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise solutions into IT decision-maker personas is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message is preferred.
  • Strong ability to develop champions and navigate multi-stakeholder deals is preferred.
  • Understanding of the Italian enterprise market is preferred.
  • Candidate should be based in Veneto, Emilia Romagna, or Friuli Venezia Giulia.
