Description

  • Define and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed quota.
  • Prospect, qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities across new and existing accounts.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of strategic transactions through the full sales process.
  • Identify and close growth opportunities within mid-enterprise accounts.
  • Present Rubrik solutions in complex data center design environments.
  • Co-sell and coordinate with field teams, partners, distributors, VARs, and Rubrik channel partners.
  • Provide management with feedback on market opportunities and potential channel partnerships.
  • Drive pipeline generation daily and support account strategies to expand customer relationships.
  • Champion the product internally and externally with prospects, customers, and resellers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of field tech sales experience selling IT cloud infrastructure, SaaS security, or NAS cloud-related products.
  • Consistent track record of landing net new logos.
  • Strong performance selling to multiple accounts across various verticals.
  • Understanding of and experience working with channel partners.
  • Consistent overachievement of sales goals.
  • Highly driven, goal-oriented, and focused on execution.
  • Experience selling complex solutions.
  • Eligible to earn commissions under the company’s Incentive Compensation Plan.
  • US base salary range of $119,000 to $190,100, with pay determined by location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
