Description

  • Research target markets and identify qualified leads from a variety of sources.
  • Qualify prospects against the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Prospect through tailored outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Complete daily outreach activity, including about 60 personalized emails and 30 cold calls, to set appointments.
  • Pitch to C-suite decision makers by consulting on their business challenges and presenting the value of the service.
  • Work with Sales Managers and Account Executives to manage the pipeline from prospecting through closing.
  • Track, maintain, and report key performance indicators to Sales Managers.
  • Develop sales pipeline and prepare to transition into full Account Executive responsibilities.
  • Manage and grow national accounts over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Background in sales, customer success, marketing, or B2B events.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Strong professional and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Passion for sales and professional development.
  • Self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy.
  • Ability to be proactive and work under pressure.
  • Competency with technology and ability to learn new software and applications.
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or ZoomInfo, preferred.
  • Must reside in one of the following states: CA, FL, TX, PA, GA, OH, IN, or SC.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $50,000 plus bonuses, incentives, and uncapped commission.
  • Year one on-target earnings of approximately $65,000 to $75,000, with potential to earn more.
