Description

  • Conduct technical operations for clients.
  • Coordinate technical issues related to campaign launch and ongoing campaign execution.
  • Support technical integration between rtb.com and clients' e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze online campaign performance.
  • Propose process optimization solutions to achieve internal and external goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in tech support, analytical roles, and campaign optimization within digital marketing (must have).
  • Experience with one or more programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Apps Script, or Python, or experience with systems integration via API.
  • Experience with debugging tools such as Google Chrome DevTools and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience using Google Analytics 4; MMP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High motivation and willingness to learn.
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for digital marketing is encouraged, even if not every requirement is met.
