Description

  • Optimize and integrate gaming campaigns to support clients’ revenue, engagement, and conversion goals.
  • Act as the technical expert for complex client issues and develop internal technical expertise.
  • Advise commercial, traffic, creative, and other internal teams on campaign solutions.
  • Improve clients’ advertising strategy and provide retargeting recommendations.
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, especially in the mobile gaming advertising environment.
  • Supervise the creation of advertising materials such as dynamic ad banners.
  • Adjust campaign parameters and test how changes affect performance results.
  • Work closely with account managers to deliver timely customer service.
  • Propose new tools and process improvements for the team and clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in ad tech mobile gaming growth advertising, especially in-app gaming performance retargeting and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Experience with the RTB process from a full-service managed DSP perspective.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently and independently.
  • Proficiency working with MMPs and other integration and data analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or another programming language is an advantage.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and perceptiveness.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong results orientation, consultative approach, and ability to work independently in an international environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and customer support/project management tools and processes.
  • Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Genuine interest in mobile growth, gaming, and AI technology applications.
  • Open to both Mid and Senior-level professionals.
