Description

  • Own RTB House performance in the Japanese market with full sales responsibility.
  • Implement short-term and long-term market development strategies.
  • Identify market expansion opportunities and target high-value new business.
  • Analyze market potential to support growth planning and sales execution.
  • Set sales objectives and forecast expected sales volume and profit within the territory.
  • Maintain sales volume and adjust selling activities based on market conditions.
  • Build effective networks across business areas and with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct sales or channel sales.
  • Experience in online advertising, preferably e-commerce, in the Japanese market.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing, programmatic buying, and the RTB model.
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast sales and build sales plans.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into profitable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency.
  • Experience in a fast-growth or high-potential market role is beneficial.
  • Passion for digital marketing is preferred.
