Description

  • Support the administration and optimization of Workday and other HRIS tools while troubleshooting issues and maintaining data integrity.
  • Execute operational transactions for employee lifecycle events, including compensation changes, promotions, terminations, and onboarding.
  • Design and maintain real-time dashboards and provide reporting on turnover, headcount, and other organizational metrics.
  • Develop SOPs and document workflows to improve and scale HR operations.
  • Lead day-to-day administration of global health and wellness programs and serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries.
  • Manage benefit reconciliation and ensure accurate, timely carrier billing processing.
  • Coordinate and track leave of absence programs, including FMLA and disability, while maintaining compliance and a supportive employee experience.
  • Assist with evaluating and rolling out employee perks to improve the employee value proposition.
  • Prepare and submit information for EEO-1, ADA, FMLA, and Department of Labor audits.
  • Draft or revise HR policies to keep them aligned with changing local, state, and federal labor laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of directly relevant experience in HR/Benefits Operations.
  • Experience with Workday and other HR systems, including absence management software and ticketing tools.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting corporate health and wellness benefits and leave of absence programs.
  • Strong mindset for continuous improvement, process streamlining, and operational efficiency.
  • Proven project management and operations skills, including managing global projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and analyze data using HRIS systems for reporting.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and credibility across all levels and geographies of the organization.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Broad knowledge of HR disciplines such as organizational development, talent management, employee relations, staffing, and compensation/benefits.
  • In-depth understanding of federal, state, and local HR laws.
