Description

  • Implement Route products and features on merchant ecommerce sites with seamless shopper-facing integration.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Merchant Support, and Software Engineers throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Lead implementation calls with merchants and explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve escalated implementation problems with urgency and ownership.
  • Monitor product behavior, identify anomalies, and proactively recommend optimized solutions.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including configurations, customizations, and process notes.
  • Develop custom scripting solutions when merchants encounter implementation blockers.
  • Manage and prioritize the implementation queue using Salesforce and Linear.
  • Continuously refine implementation processes to improve team productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to learn new tools, platforms, and concepts quickly and apply them effectively.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar to accelerate problem-solving, scripting, and documentation.
  • Familiarity with one or more major ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce preferred.
  • Front-end development experience preferred.
  • BS/BA in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred.
