Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of SAP SuccessFactors implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
  • Lead module-specific client workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
  • Provide guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
  • Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations proactively.
  • Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
  • Mentor team members and support their SAP SuccessFactors certification journeys.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
  • Own QA cycles, project reporting, and integration validation and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HRTech consulting.
  • Multi-module expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
  • Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification required.
  • Experience leading teams and supporting junior talent development.
  • Experience managing end-to-end implementation and integration workstreams.
