Description

  • Lead full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
  • Run module-specific client workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
  • Design cross-module integration processes, workflow customizations, and configuration strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance on system optimization and solution architecture decisions.
  • Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders and manage escalations.
  • Drive milestone sign-offs and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.
  • Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams and review their output.
  • Mentor team members, support HRIS certification journeys, and provide structured feedback.
  • Own QA cycles, integration validation, project reporting, and delivery quality.
  • Manage risks, track progress, and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 4-7 years of HRIS experience.
  • Experience leading at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
  • SuccessFactors Certification is required.
  • Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated people management and team development capability.
