Description

  • Lead requirements workshops and design functional solutions for complex HRIS scenarios.
  • Configure HRIS modules in line with best practices and optimization goals.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and resolve project risks and client concerns proactively.
  • Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoff on deliverables.
  • Review junior team members’ configurations for accuracy and completeness.
  • Mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on project work.
  • Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
  • Apply cross-module functional knowledge to support integrated solutions.
  • Align stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive timely delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience in Workday HCM configuration, testing, implementation, and HRIS maintenance/support across multiple HR modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, business process workflows, data migration, and security configurations.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and engage stakeholders across regional projects.
  • Prior experience supporting Workday HRIS operations, Application Management Services (AMS), or post-go-live maintenance and support is preferred.
  • Passion for HR digital transformation and delivering best-practice Workday solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with cross-module knowledge and a detail-oriented approach.
