Description

  • Lead the client onboarding and solution consulting team through pre-workshop analysis and preparedness.
  • Gather and document client requirements during workshops and establish baseline implementation requirements with internal teams.
  • Translate customer needs and concerns into solution approaches and recommend practical workarounds.
  • Secure stakeholder sign-off on the implementation workbook and related deliverables.
  • Act as the internal point of contact for configuration and integration teams on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with product teams on functional design requirements and prioritize feature improvements from customer feedback.
  • Oversee product configuration, integration, and data migration activities to support implementation.
  • Supervise testing and validation, including User Acceptance Test (UAT), to confirm the solution meets client criteria.
  • Train client users and produce implementation documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and technical specifications.
  • Support go-live and provide hypercare troubleshooting after deployment.

Requirements

  • Full-time degree from a recognized institute.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading implementation projects.
  • Experience in pre-workshop analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, configuration, testing, administration training, and managing User Acceptance Test (UAT).
  • Proven experience working with HCM products.
  • Experience with Travel & Expense or Benefits domains is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and consultative skills for engaging stakeholders at large organizations.
  • Ability to manage multiple implementation projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with large cross-functional teams.
