Description

  • Own assigned projects from purchase order through completion, with responsibility for customer satisfaction and profit protection.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage project tasks, assignments, schedules, and logistics with the Studio team.
  • Review project sites, plans, and product specifications to establish scope and execution details.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for clients and suppliers and provide proactive project updates.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including decisions, requests, revisions, approvals, and sign-offs.
  • Coordinate installation planning and execution with internal teams and third-party installers.
  • Perform on-site leadership, strategic site visits, and project walk-throughs as needed.
  • Track delivery dates, acknowledgments, freight coordination, and open project status in ERP and related systems.
  • Manage punch lists, resolve outstanding items, confirm completion, and support project close-out and invoicing.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Must pass an MVR check.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong knowledge of project management, including account management, order management, installation, relocation, and project administration.
  • Project Management accreditation, such as PMP, is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to lead and manage third parties effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask while managing timelines and deadlines.
  • Ability to think critically, make quick decisions, and solve problems.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Must be proficient in Salesforce software.
  • Must attend training within the first 30 days and develop proficiency with Meteor-specific software, including Insights Customer Portal and ERP.
