Description

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, TikTok, and Reddit.
  • Plan, create, and schedule content including graphics, short-form video, written posts, and repurposed thought leadership.
  • Participate in relevant Reddit communities and industry forums with helpful, authentic commentary to build awareness and credibility.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns such as newsletters, announcements, and client communications.
  • Update and maintain the company website, including blog posts, team updates, service page refreshes, and case study uploads.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and track performance metrics across channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, client success stories, and industry insights.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all external communications.
  • Research trends in eCommerce, Amazon, and digital marketing to keep content timely and relevant.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
  • Strong written communication skills in English with professional, engaging, error-free copy.
  • Experience creating visual content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or equivalent.
  • Basic website management skills with CMS tools such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
  • Familiarity with digital commerce or eCommerce and comfort discussing online retail, marketplaces, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to organize and independently manage a content calendar.
  • Experience working at or marketing for an agency, consultancy, or B2B services company is preferred.
  • Video editing skills for short-form content such as reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts is preferred.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social is preferred.
  • Basic SEO knowledge for blog and website content is preferred.
  • Experience with Amazon, Walmart, or eCommerce marketplace marketing is preferred.
  • Must have significant overlap with EST business hours.
  • Must be available via Slack, WhatsApp, and email during working hours.
  • This is a full-time role with no secondary employment during the engagement.
  • A professional reference that can be contacted is required.
