Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of district and charter school partners throughout the customer journey.
  • Provide end-to-end support to finalize school schedules and solve for complex constraints and unique school needs.
  • Develop strategic relationships with lead schedulers, principals, district leaders, and other scheduling stakeholders.
  • Track partner success metrics and support high satisfaction and renewal rates.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to district and school-based teams so schedules align with their priorities.
  • Drive the end-to-end implementation process for each partner across the portfolio.
  • Lead onboarding and training for new and returning partners.
  • Support data integration by working with partners’ IT teams and the internal data integration team.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues as the external company representative with support from product and engineering.
  • Share customer feedback and implementation insights cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience building and owning middle school and/or high school schedules.
  • At least 5 years of experience working inside a school and understanding school operations and culture.
  • Meaningful experience developing secondary school schedules.
  • Willingness to work in a scrappy, lean, and fast-moving environment.
  • Desire and flexibility to work seasonally full-time from January through July.
  • Experience building systems and processes, and supporting people or teams so they can achieve their goals (preferred).
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing schedules, slides, and related documents.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and requests at the same time.
  • Comfort working collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
