Description

  • Manage day-to-day relationships and communications for key client accounts.
  • Understand client objectives and ensure measurable value realization.
  • Lead onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing client support.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Manage renewals and proactively reduce client churn.
  • Monitor client health, adoption, satisfaction, and revenue metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategic client success plans.
  • Resolve client issues and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support to improve the client experience.
  • Collect client feedback and recommend product or service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • 5–7+ years of related industry experience in consulting, sales, or a comparable field.
  • Proven experience in client success, account management, or customer experience focused on outcomes and revenue growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex accounts and coordinating across multiple departments.
  • Results-oriented approach to client retention, growth, and satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and client success platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed based on client requirements.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Commitment to protecting company and member data and following company ethics and policies.
