Description

  • Assess stakeholder needs, process changes, organizational impacts, and readiness for SAP releases.
  • Develop change management, communication, engagement, and training plans aligned with project milestones.
  • Create role-specific training materials, job aids, demonstrations, and accessible learning resources.
  • Deliver virtual training sessions and workshops.
  • Prepare designated client staff to support additional users.
  • Collect feedback, evaluate learning outcomes, and track adoption metrics to identify support needs.
  • Coordinate organizational readiness activities for SAP implementations and enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with the SAP platform.
  • Experience supporting federal government programs.
  • Experience leading change management and training activities for SAP implementations or enhancements.
  • Strong facilitation, instructional design, stakeholder communication, and virtual training delivery skills.
  • Experience with SAP Student Lifecycle Management (SLcM) and Federal Department of War programs preferred.
  • Eligibility for Secret clearance preferred.
