Description

  • Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards in Google Sheets to track revenue, conversion, advertising efficiency, and catalog health across client accounts.
  • Develop 12-month sales forecasts, budget-versus-actual variance analysis, scenario models, and promotional impact projections for events such as Prime Day and Black Friday.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, flag risks, and recommend actions based on metrics such as revenue, units sold, conversion rate, ROAS, average selling price, and cost per acquisition.
  • Support catalog and listing operations by maintaining product data accuracy, troubleshooting listing issues, and coordinating promotional calendars with Brand Managers.
  • Design and improve internal processes by creating SOPs, automating recurring workflows, and continuously refining how work is completed.
  • Own the numbers behind Amazon account performance and support strategic decisions that drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret reporting outputs and guide operational and commercial decisions.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working in the AEST timezone (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT) and managing tasks independently.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection, stable power source, and a suitable laptop or desktop for remote work.
  • Must have recent hands-on experience within the last 3 months using advanced spreadsheet functions such as XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, QUERY, and FILTER.
  • Must have experience building a financial or inventory forecast or budget from scratch, not just updating existing files.
  • Must have strong analytical reasoning skills to assess unfamiliar datasets, identify key insights, and determine actionable next steps.
  • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel proficiency, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, FILTER, QUERY, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
  • Ideally has some Apps Script or automation experience.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, or variance reporting in any context is preferred.
  • No Amazon experience is required, as training is provided on Seller Central, Vendor Central, and the broader Amazon ecosystem.
