Description

  • Work with sales leadership to size and position robotic solutions for new and existing customers.
  • Develop, maintain, and grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities in the target market.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement through closed sale.
  • Collaborate with solutions, marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve the customer experience and share field feedback.
  • Network with partners to expand market presence and support business development.
  • Travel onsite to prospects to qualify opportunities and assess current operations and fit.
  • Lead system expansion at early-stage customer sites and support scaling as customer needs grow.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Communicate with customers daily to ensure smooth deployment transitions and identify continued scaling opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot issues and communicate effectively with the engineering team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of distribution and fulfillment operations.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to communicate technical and complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems independently and in customer settings.
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external teams.
  • Knowledge of and interest in technical topics including software, hardware, and robotics.
  • Experience managing and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and respond effectively under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.
  • 50% travel required.
