Description

  • Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between business teams and Salesforce development teams.
  • Prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in Agile environments.
  • Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Define KPIs and track success metrics for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Support change management, user training, and adoption strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
