Description

  • Implement, customize, and manage Zoho CRM modules, blueprints, and workflows.
  • Build custom functions and automation logic using Deluge, JSON, and SQL.
  • Integrate Zoho with internal and external systems using APIs, Zoho Flow, and webhooks.
  • Ensure clean CRM data for segmentation and reporting.
  • Build and run campaigns in Zoho Campaigns and track conversion and engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to improve pipeline visibility and automation flows.
  • Maintain and develop integrations between WordPress, web forms, and Zoho tools.
  • Support responsive UI experiences and real-time lead flow automation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and backend data synchronization issues.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Zoho.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working across CRM development, web integrations, and automation.
  • Ability to work independently in a self-directed role.
  • Experience with APIs, Zoho Flow, and webhooks for system integration.
  • Experience with Deluge, JSON, and SQL.
  • Experience with WordPress and web form integrations is preferred.
  • 100% remote availability.
  • Full-time availability.
