Description

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mobile developers across cross-platform and native stacks.
  • Define and maintain scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile architecture and development standards.
  • Lead mobile development using Flutter and React Native to ensure consistent cross-platform performance.
  • Provide technical guidance for native iOS and Android development, including Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, Xcode, and Android Studio.
  • Collaborate with backend teams on API integrations, data synchronization, authentication, and offline capabilities.
  • Work with cloud and DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, app deployment, monitoring, automation, and Azure integrations.
  • Ensure mobile applications meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, and business stakeholders to align delivery with business needs.
  • Oversee sprint planning, timelines, risk management, and delivery quality.
  • Maintain technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in mobile development.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Technical Lead role.
  • Proven experience delivering mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong experience with Flutter (Dart) and React Native.
  • Experience with state management approaches such as Bloc, Provider, or Redux.
  • Experience with performance optimization and native bridging.
  • Hands-on experience with iOS technologies including Swift, Objective-C, and Xcode.
  • Hands-on experience with Android technologies including Kotlin, Java, and Android Studio.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture and best practices, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and modular design.
  • Experience with REST APIs, JSON handling, offline-first architecture, push notifications, real-time messaging, and mobile security.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, app store deployment, Git, and monitoring tools such as Firebase or App Center.
  • Azure cloud services experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
