Description

  • Ensure prompt follow-up and resolution of L2 tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
  • Monitor bot performance and identify issues or improvement opportunities proactively.
  • Handle change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes for existing automations.
  • Collaborate with L1 support and development teams on complex technical challenges.
  • Coordinate operations and maintenance activities for large client accounts.
  • Test and optimize automation solutions for performance, scalability, and reusability.
  • Apply and further develop best practices for automation solution development.
  • Communicate issue resolutions and maintenance schedules clearly to end users and stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and service transition activities for new clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in intelligent automation software engineering.
  • Deep expertise in designing and developing complex UiPath solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework.
  • Experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IXP/IDP) is required.
  • Experience with Document Understanding, system integrations, and API development/consumption is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the end-to-end automation lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with RPA; additional OCR/IDP knowledge is a big plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and JSON.
  • Flexibility to work shifts aligned to Australia or UK business hours.
  • Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, VBScript, or similar scripting languages is preferred.
  • Experience with AI/IDP tools such as Document Automation or AI Builder is preferred.
  • Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, or ITIL-based service management practices is preferred.
  • Automation Anywhere Advanced or Master certification is preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications PL-500 or PL-900 are preferred.
  • Any RPA-related certification is preferred.
