Description

  • Work within the Central Quality Engineering function and represent the SDET team across the platform.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to embed quality throughout development.
  • Contribute to quality strategy across the platform, including test pyramid improvements and lower-level testing.
  • Improve CI/CD and developer workflows by strengthening test data setup, isolation, and execution reliability.
  • Increase E2E test stability and speed while reducing flaky tests and noisy signals.
  • Support functional testing efforts from idea through delivery and help the team complete roadmap items.
  • Participate in all testing phases, including agentic testing and AI test harness usage.
  • Track and use quality KPIs and DORA-style metrics to guide automation and infrastructure improvements.
  • Drive culture and practice alignment by sharing testing methods and promoting a quality-first mindset across teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within modern SaaS or platform organizations in cloud-native environments (AWS).
  • Experience scaling automated testing infrastructure and integrating it with CI/CD pipelines, especially GitHub Workflows.
  • Knowledge of testing strategies across the pyramid, from unit to E2E, including API contract and integration testing.
  • Experience with Cypress, Pact, and K6.
  • Solid front-end knowledge and testing fluency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with observability tools and practices for improving test signal and pipeline feedback loops.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills with the ability to influence engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Experience leading testing initiatives for distributed teams across multiple regions.
  • Experience integrating QA tools like Zephyr Scale and on-prem CI/CD systems (GitHub).
  • Interest in AI-powered testing tools like CoPilot, Devin, and Claude is a bonus.
