Description

  • Assist in building UI components and implementing responsive designs using React and Radix.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining backend services under the guidance of senior engineers, including C# / .NET work.
  • Integrate APIs with front-end components and write clean, maintainable code.
  • Fix bugs, improve UI performance, and write basic unit tests for components.
  • Support database queries and data modeling using relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, and backend engineers to move work forward effectively.
  • Maintain UI documentation so the team can build on, replicate, and trust your work.
  • Participate in code reviews and team discussions, incorporating feedback and contributing your perspective.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver work end-to-end with consistency and follow-through.
  • Use AI tools throughout the development lifecycle for design exploration, implementation, testing, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Applications must be from outside Colombia will not be considered.
  • 1+ year of development experience or experience in a closely related technical role.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework such as React or Angular.
  • Familiarity with at least one back-end language such as C#, Python, or Node.js.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and web services.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and basic SQL, including MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Familiarity with version control using Git.
  • Demonstrable usage of AI-forward tools such as Claude and Cursor.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Kiro, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is expected.
  • Comfort working on production-grade work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • A solution-oriented, curious, and ownership-driven mindset is strongly preferred.
