Description

  • Coordinate patient appointments, admissions, and follow-up visits efficiently.
  • Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation in clinical systems.
  • Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to facilitate care and billing matters.
  • Assist patients and families with inquiries, concerns, and scheduling needs, providing excellent customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies in all administrative and care-coordination activities.
  • Support healthcare providers with administrative tasks and coordination of care plans.
  • Facilitate communication across care teams to maximize patient satisfaction and quality of care.
  • Handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professional discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or in a similar healthcare administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems (preferred).
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and standard office software.
  • High school diploma required; additional qualifications in healthcare administration preferred.
