Description

  • Manage daily office operations and maintain efficient administrative procedures.
  • Supervise, train, and support office and support staff.
  • Organize, monitor, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate communication and workflows between departments and external partners.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and preparation of financial reports.
  • Implement and update office policies and procedures to improve workflow.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate office events, meetings, and related logistics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate staff.
  • Proficiency with office software and office/management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
