Description

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Rithum network, its solutions, and user needs.
  • Manage the user content development process, including information gathering, writing, and content reviews and approvals.
  • Maintain and update user-facing content such as user guides, test plans, and online help.
  • Develop user-facing communications for program adoption, operational reminders, setup guidance, product updates, and email messages.
  • Create business process documentation, templates, and forms.
  • Edit content created by other technical writers and Rithum teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and project leaders to identify content needs and route content through review and approval workflows.
  • Maintain and evaluate standards for client-facing and internal content.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies to improve content development, management, and delivery.
  • Adhere to established processes and procedures for source control and systematic reporting.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical writing or related experience; writing samples are required.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and Adobe tools including Acrobat and InDesign.
  • Experience with design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience with collaboration and project/issue management tools such as Jira.
  • Experience using SharePoint or a similar platform.
  • Experience using Notion or a similar platform.
  • Experience with help authoring solutions such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with software that delivers operational content through in-app and email messages, such as Pendo Orchestrate.
  • Experience using screen capture software.
  • Understanding of software development (SDLC).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
  • Ability to distill complex concepts into straightforward messages is preferred.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills, including editing and proofreading, are preferred.
  • Ability to produce quality deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment is preferred.
  • Enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal skills is preferred.
  • Experience with content management systems is preferred.
  • Experience with training design and development is preferred.
  • Travel up to 10%.
