Description

  • Generate new revenue with new and existing accounts in collaboration with sales and client management teams.
  • Support the solutions discovery process for technical, functional, and value proposition discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proofs of concept, strategic recommendations, and product demonstrations.
  • Evaluate client business goals, data and systems integration requirements, and recommend effective strategies.
  • Generate ROI analyses, revenue and cost forecasts, and respond to RFIs and RFPs.
  • Communicate market feedback to product management and services to inform future product and service offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a strong handoff to service teams and document goals and requirements from the sales cycle.
  • Engage with clients, technical teams, and C-level executives during presales activities.
  • Synthesize client feedback, competitive information, and industry insights to improve product and service delivery.
  • Develop growth strategies for clients and Rithum using financial and strategic business understanding.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of presales experience focused on consultative sales of enterprise software and services.
  • Experience supporting teams closing six-figure contracts against seven-figure targets.
  • Understanding of client challenges within the retail and/or e-commerce industries.
  • Knowledge of the retail partner ecosystem, including marketplaces.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or discipline preferred.
  • Technical working knowledge of API integrations, including REST and SOAP, preferred.
  • Experience with online retail or brand-focused solutions preferred.
  • Familiarity with common enterprise back-end system solutions, configurations, and core requirements preferred.
  • Up to 10% travel required.
  • Strong communication and boardroom presentation skills, with oral, written, and interpersonal communication ability.

  • Base pay range of $100,000-$145,000 per year.
  • Sales incentive range of $38,571-$68,357.
