Description

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze Intelligence.
  • Prospect into the installed customer base to create new opportunities and support territory planning with Growth Specialists.
  • Own discovery and solution design for both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and present tailored solutions that align with customer technical requirements and business objectives.
  • Partner with aligned sales teams to provide specialized product expertise and deal support.
  • Communicate the value of HubSpot’s technical capabilities, including APIs, integrations, and webhooks, to technical and business audiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders across customer organizations.
  • Share expertise and best practices to support a collaborative team learning environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS sales and presales roles, or 4+ years in post-sales roles.
  • Proven success in customer-facing SaaS roles.
  • Strong sales experience with demonstrated aptitude for technical concepts, or deep technical expertise with demonstrated ability to develop sales skills.
  • Current high performer with consistent achievement against targets and KPIs.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and a track record of proactively seeking feedback.
  • Genuine curiosity about business technology and software’s role in driving growth.
  • Adaptability and comfort with change in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Annual cash compensation range of $150,000 to $190,000 USD.
  • Cash compensation includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets for eligible roles.
  • Some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan and receive restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
