Description

  • Administer, classify, route, and track Brands Services initiative requests against turnaround targets.
  • Prepare triage materials and maintain traceable prioritization decision logs.
  • Build and maintain portfolio reporting on status, milestones, and initiative health while automating manual processes.
  • Produce executive-ready KPI analysis that highlights decisions needed and variance drivers.
  • Maintain the initiative inventory, including owners, success criteria, milestones, and definitions of done.
  • Track dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating them against defined thresholds before milestones are affected.
  • Prepare agendas, pre-reads, status packets, and decision materials for governance forums.
  • Capture and follow up on governance decisions and action items.
  • Maintain PMO templates and standards and partner with initiative owners to keep portfolio data accurate.
  • Use AI, data, and scalable processes to improve productivity, reporting, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in program or project coordination, PMO operations, business operations, or initiative/portfolio reporting.
  • Experience building and maintaining leadership status or performance reports.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or a similar work management tool, including dashboards and reports.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, including pivot tables, lookups, and multi-source data consolidation.
  • Experience tracking risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Experience preparing meeting materials, pre-reads, or decision documents for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or Claude for communication, analysis, prompt engineering, or documentation.
  • 3+ years of PMO, program management, or business operations experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Experience with SaaS, technology, or e-commerce organizations; BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker; or automation tools such as Power Automate or Zapier preferred.
  • Up to 10% travel required.

  • $65,000–$95,000 annual base salary with a 10% discretionary bonus opportunity.
