Description

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for product/domain messaging across sales and account management teams.
  • Join and lead customer-facing sales calls to explain product value and answer technical questions.
  • Learn continuously from sales calls, GTM teams, and customers to understand market positioning, trends, and buyer personas.
  • Partner with product teams from ideation through launch to shape product needs, marketing plans, and adoption strategies.
  • Write product positioning briefs covering benefits, FAQs, sensitivities, and other messaging guidance for marketing assets.
  • Create sales materials and support training for sales and account management teams in partnership with Revenue Enablement.
  • Respond to urgent ad hoc requests such as RFPs, sales call support, customer requests, and speaking event decks.
  • Collaborate closely with the product marketing team to review work, solve problems, and improve output.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven success bringing technical B2B SaaS products to market or expanding them into new segments.
  • Deep understanding of market analysis, competitive landscapes, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Native-level English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform qualitative research, and distill actionable takeaways.
  • Ability to communicate clearly to internal audiences, customers, and external markets, including at industry events.
  • Understanding of the payments, ecommerce, or fraud industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience; Pragmatic Marketing training and experience preferred.
  • MBA preferred but not required.
