Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • Optimize the full marketing funnel from awareness to acquisition, ensuring MQLs convert into SQLs and closed deals.
  • Plan and deliver performance-driven, data-backed campaigns across SEO, content marketing, paid media, ABM, and marketing automation.
  • Oversee marketing analytics, lead scoring, conversion rate optimization, attribution modelling, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Lead the adoption and integration of AI across marketing strategy, campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand through messaging, PR, analyst relations, and executive thought leadership.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to align on ICP, lead quality, and sales enablement for a seamless handoff.
  • Develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation strategies for global markets in partnership with the marketing agency and product leadership.
  • Manage global marketing spend and lead a distributed team of marketers, growth strategists, and demand generation experts.
  • Work with Customer Success to drive advocacy through case studies, press releases, and customer success stories.

Requirements

  • Senior B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience in financial crime, risk, or compliance sectors.
  • Proven experience scaling global marketing functions across demand generation, brand, product marketing, and field marketing.
  • Strong track record of driving end-to-end demand generation and qualified pipeline aligned to revenue goals.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy, product positioning, segmentation, and differentiated messaging for technical SaaS solutions.
  • Highly data-driven with strong skills in marketing analytics, attribution, forecasting, and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing global teams and collaborating across time zones and functional departments.
  • Strong background in PR, analyst relations, and executive thought leadership in enterprise markets.
  • Ability to translate complex AI-driven, risk-intelligence, or compliance technologies into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience working with or selling into regulated industries such as financial services, government, or national security.
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize multi-million-pound marketing budgets to deliver measurable ROI and pipeline impact.

  • Salary up to £80,000 DOE.
