Description

  • Lead PowerConnect App implementation, configuration, and customization for SAP observability.
  • Customize dashboards, log processing, and metric extraction rules for customer SAP environments.
  • Onboard applications, infrastructure, cloud workloads, Kubernetes, and Docker into Dynatrace.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, alerting profiles, workflows, and analytics using DQL and Grail.
  • Monitor performance and availability and lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis using Davis AI.
  • Configure Synthetic Monitoring, RUM, APM, and Log Monitoring.
  • Conduct health assessments and architecture reviews and provide best-practice recommendations.
  • Integrate Dynatrace with ServiceNow, Jira, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
  • Support OpenTelemetry and distributed-tracing initiatives across microservices.
  • Deliver workshops and training, maintain technical documentation and runbooks, and mentor junior consultants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in APM, observability, or related IT infrastructure roles.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on Dynatrace or comparable observability-tool administration experience.
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Working knowledge of Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and modern web architectures.
  • Ability to communicate technical findings and business impact to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Dynatrace Certified Associate or Professional certification preferred.
  • Consulting, client-facing, or project management experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Grail/DQL, Davis AI, SAP environments, PowerConnect, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, relational databases, or ITIL preferred.
