Description

  • Administer Okta, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA policies, and lifecycle automation.
  • Manage Google Workspace, including domains, email security, DLP, shared-drive governance, and Google Vault.
  • Deploy and operate a centralized LLM gateway with usage tracking, cost controls, rate limiting, and audit logging.
  • Manage macOS and iOS fleets through Jamf Pro, including patching, application deployment, compliance, and encryption.
  • Operate compliance automation tooling to support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and related audit readiness.
  • Administer organization-level SaaS platforms including Slack, Atlassian, Notion, and GitHub.
  • Develop integrations and automation using Okta Workflows, Terraform, Python, Go, APIs, and related tools.
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base content to enable self-service procedures.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for identity, email, and critical SaaS incidents.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in IT engineering, internal platform engineering, or infrastructure focused on enterprise SaaS and identity systems.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Okta, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and MFA policy management.
  • Strong Google Workspace administration experience, including email security, DLP, and Vault.
  • Experience managing macOS fleets at scale with Jamf Pro.
  • Ability to write automation scripts in Python or Go and integrate SaaS tools through APIs.
  • Ability to translate SOC 2 and ISO 27001 requirements into practical engineering controls.
  • Strong written communication skills for documentation and remote collaboration.
  • Cybersecurity-minded approach to internal platform engineering.
  • Experience with centralized AI/LLM gateways such as LiteLLM, Portkey, Kong AI Gateway, or equivalent (preferred).
  • Okta, Google Workspace, or equivalent certifications; compliance-platform experience; and experience scaling platforms during rapid growth (preferred).
