Description

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for new and existing therapists.
  • Conduct training on ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and company protocols.
  • Support therapists in building clinical skills, improving data collection accuracy, and managing sessions effectively.
  • Monitor training progress and provide coaching, feedback, and performance support.
  • Ensure therapists meet competency standards and certification requirements, including RBT readiness.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership to align training with treatment goals.
  • Develop and update training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify skill gaps and implement targeted training initiatives.
  • Support quality assurance by reviewing session implementation and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of training completion and performance outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
  • RBT certification required; BCaBA or BCBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring staff.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple trainees simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, remote, or hybrid environment preferred.
  • Availability to work U.S. hours (9am-5pm EST) from South Africa.
